Delrin® is the homopolymer version of acetal and delivers higher mechanical strength and stiffness than acetal copolymer. It offers excellent dimensional stability and wear resistance, making it ideal for tight-tolerance machined parts.

• Slightly higher mechanical properties than acetal copolymer

• May exhibit low-density center in large cross-sections

• Slightly less chemical resistance than copolymer acetal

• Available in BLACK and Natural (Off-White)

Delrin® AF (PTFE-Filled) – Brown

Delrin® AF is a Brown PTFE-filled acetal homopolymer engineered for low friction and long wear life in moving components.

• Uniform dispersion of PTFE fibers

• Extremely low coefficient of friction

• Retains ~90% of the strength of unfilled Delrin®

• Excellent for bearings, wear parts, and sliding applications
